Slab grinding machine is used to remove oxide scale and defects on the surface of continuous casting slab and rolling slab. It is suitable for full grinding and point grinding.
Applicable to blank section size w = 800 ~ 2650mm, H = 40 ~ 400mm (refer to grinding range), length 3000 - 13000mm (refer to grinding range). The grinding machine shall be grinded according to the shape of the outer surface of the blank, and the grinding amount of a single pass is 0.5-2mm.
The maximum power of Huanxin grinding machine is 315KW. It adopts heavy-duty resin grinding wheel. The linear speed of grinding wheel is 80m / s and variable frequency speed regulation is adopted. The trolley speed is 60m / min.
